Another horrendous week passed. Meeting deadlines, overnight editing of my weekly TV show, brainstorming for events, not to mention multitasking for the two blogs that I am hosting plus collating materials for my magazine articles. It's quite toxic and I am positive most of you fellow food lovers have experienced quite a taxing week as well.

What better way to relax and chill this weekend is to spend it with your loved ones and have a cup of divine indulgence. Moments like these need to be a little special so my beau and I headed to Greenbelt in Makati to savor the flavors of Australia's Cold Rock Ice Creamery.

We ordered two large cups of Cold Rock Ice Cream and two large shakes. But what I will share with you today is my new found love for Cold Rock's Chocolate concoction. A definite knock-out! A combination of Chocolate Indulge and Chocochipaholic Ice Cream with sprinkles and Cookie Dough (Php240/large cup). Just by the names of the two flavors, you would know that my chocolate desire was pleased in chocoholic fashion. All four ingredients compliment each other and further heightened by Cold Rock Ice Cream's absolute creamy goodness. The Cookie Dough was quite filling too that we decided to have a late dinner after strolling around Makati Malls.

Cold Rock Ice Creamery originated in Australia where their franchise team was founded in 1996. Later on, the Philippine market opened its doors to this delicious Aussie native and launched its first franchise store at the Fort Strip in Bonifacio Global City. This led to the opening of a number of stores in Metro Manila which includes Greenbelt, Trinoma and Alabang Town Center.
